The Roku RC31 remote control is compatible with the following Roku device generations:
- Roku 1: This includes models like the Roku HD (N1100), Roku LT (2400), and Roku XD (2500).
- Roku 2: This includes models like the Roku 2 XD (3000), Roku 2 XS (3100), and Roku 2 HD (3050).
- Roku 3: This includes the Roku 3 (4200) model.
Important Notes:
- Roku Streaming Stick: The RC31 is not compatible with the original Roku Streaming Stick (model 3500 or 3600).
- Roku TV: The RC31 is not compatible with Roku TVs (TCL, Hisense, Sharp, Insignia, etc.). Roku TVs use a different type of remote with TV controls.
- Later Generations: The RC31 is generally not compatible with Roku models released after the Roku 3, such as the Roku 4, Roku Premiere, Roku Ultra, and newer Roku Express models.
If you're unsure which Roku generation you have, you can usually find the model number on the back or bottom of the device. You can also check the settings menu on your Roku device.
